ARGH. I coughed just as I took a sip of tea and sprayed it all over my T61. Keyboard etc. are OK (I opened it up to make sure, and the keyboard routed all the liquid out the drain holes; glad I don't take sugar in my tea!), but there's a splotch the shape of Texas near one edge of the screen. What does this mean? I'm guessing a small amount of liquid got under the screen cover. Anything I can do? It's perfectly usable, just *brighter* there than elsewhere.
It also killed my 9-cell battery, which now says "ERROR". I cleaned the contacts (gently) but same thing. Is it DOA? Might it come back?
