Setting up a T21 for a niece to use as a net appliance and can't get the sound to work under XP SP2. I've had this thing completed disassembled in order to change out a bad PC card tray and check all the internal connections, so I took advantage of the opportunity and removed the speaker assembly and cleaned all the contacts. Still no joy.
XP is showing the (apparently) correct Crystal SoundFusion drivers are installed and all of the speaker setting are un-muted in control panel. Any thoughts on additional things to try from the collective mind?
