We have a lot of clients installing several different SSD brands and models
on a variety of laptops... HP, Sony, Compaq, ASUS...  They all report the
SSD installs are definitely slower... But they like the security factor...
no damaged data from impact to hard drives or laptops... but theirs have, so
far, been Windows XPH and XPP restore disk installs... and smaller drives
than they had with EIDE or SATA drives.

Since you report flawless installs, I assume you detect no problems with
slower speed or operation.

Could you comment on speed and data storage, please, if you have had an
opportunity to give them a good trial.
