It's an MLC but as I understand, that means 10 years vs, 100 years from an SLC according to this<http://forum.notebookreview.com/showthread.php?p=3036991>guide I googled (I know it's probably exaggeration but if the guestimates are ball park valid, then ~$200 seems worth 10 years of service and the access and seek times will still be better than even a 7200rpm. I seem to remember the last time this conversation came up, the issue of battery life being questionable arose... So faster drive, longevity, bad battery life?
