A couple weeks ago I bought a Western Digital Scorpio Black 320GB 7200RPM drive. It vibrated pretty badly and went right back to the store. (The drive was very quiet, however. Almost unsettlingly quiet.) I haven't bought a replacement yet, so I'd like suggestions too.
