Hello, My T60 at work has a 32-bit processor. My personal T61P (Type 6459-CTO) has 64-bit processor.

Pretty much any ThinkPad from the 60-s era: T60, R60, Z60 and later can have a 64-bit CPU, but may not. For example, the T60 needs a rev 3 system board or later AND a Core 2 CPU (Duo or Solo) to run 64-bit. Chris
