Lenovo has a web page with the Personal System Reference links on it.

For the earlier Intel processors like the Dual Core, some had Intel 64 and some 
did not.

If you look in the Processor section for your model it will say "Intel 64 
Technology" if the processor supports 64 bit.

The October 2006 models of the T60 have Intel 64 (T5500, T5600, T7200, T7400).  
The models with the T2xxx processor do not.
