I am a happy user of an add-on utility for trackpoints. It works by holding down the control key while clicking onto an object and then it allows one to drag that object in very tiny jogged amounts by using the arrow keys. It's great for precise positioning of a window on the screen.
As I said, I'm a very happy user of this add-on but now I realize I've forgotten what it's called or where I found it and would like to be reminded. The program is installed and working fine but I don't recognise it in startup or services. Does anyone know what I am rattling on about?
