The BIOS items for system unit and system board serial numbers are blank. The recovery partition is viewable in Windows through Disk Management by changing the partition attributes. Of course, third party partition software offers more features. I have given up on Partition Magic for large drives, but EASUS, Paragon, and others are very capable. But there is no recovery software in that partition. maxdanger
