Oh yeah. For some reason, at a software company I worked at, we wound up with all female support reps for a while. A few times a year, one would come into my office saying "This guy won't believe me". I'd get her to WRITE DOWN what she had told the guy, then would pick up the phone and read it to him. Invariably he'd thank me and go away. And then we'd laugh.
