The SL series has a rather different keyboard from the "classic" ThinkPads.
If you're used to a standard ThinkPad keyboard you may not like it as much.

Here's what the 16:9 resolution names mean (on a ThinkPad - other
manufacturers could use the same names for different resolutions, or
different names for these resolutions):

HD = 1366x768
HD+ = 1600x900
FHD = 1920x1080

The T510 only offers HD and HD+. If you want FHD you need to look at the
W510 - and right now the only way to get a W510 with FHD is through a
reseller. Lenovo doesn't list them at all (they did some weeks ago), and
even the HD+ is listed with a 4+ week shipping delay.

I bought a new W510 4319-2QU (FHD) last week on on eBay for $1600 after the
Bing cashback. Pretty nice machine, although I haven't given it a good
workout yet.
