For many years, I have been using a freeware utility called MobileMeter
(http://www.geocities.co.jp/SiliconValley-Oakland/8259/), which some of
you probably know. It can display operational parameters such as CPU
speed, CPU temperature, HDD temperature etc. in an unobtrusive way, as
shown here:

Unfortunately, MobileMeter is not compatible with Vista/Win7. Are you
aware of a similar utility that would work in Win7? I'm really looking
for something that can be as unobtrusive as MobileMeter, ie. display
information using as little space as possible.
