The best screens that were available (on 15" models only) belong to IPS
FlexView range (1400x1050
on T60, by LG Phillips) and UXGA (1600x1200, ID Tech or Hydis) on T60p.

Due to these LCDs that are vastly superior to anything offered today, you
would be swimming in a $300-700 range depending on many aspects of the
particular unit (warranty remaining, Core Duo/Core 2 Duo, WWAN, wireless "n"...)

Subject: Re: [Thinkpad] Best of the T6x, what
was the best screen available?
T61p is 1920X1200 15.4"
widescreen with an nVidia Quatro 570m video card which reports 512 MB
(probably 256 MB plus system memory I think).
It is not flexview,
but the viewing angle is basically if you can see the screen you can
read it.

==> What is the difference between the above screen and Flexview? I've seen
Flexview and IPS oft mentiond. What's the advantage, is that daylight readable?
