Not sure why the tab is not showing up, and you haven't metioned which
version of Windows you are running, but if Power Manager has indeed been
installed, then you should be able to access Lenovo's ThinkVantage Power
Manager applet directly through the Start menu:
Start -> Programs -> ThinkVantage -> Power Manager
