Yeah, I thought you would, Rob. ;-) I ended up emailing Customer Service and got a speedy reply with a phone number to call to place the order. I'll share that number down below, but first be aware that the person there said that they cannot take orders from the Surplus or Outlet stock, but that they would have someone call me back. That call back came in less than 5 minutes! That person took my order "manually" over the phone and placed it for me. That phone number is 866-968-4465 opt. 1 (ask for the sales department).
