Robert, I even tried submitting the order on a (gasp!) iPad which had never
been to a Lenovo page.  So I think we can rule out a cache issue.  The site
rejecting Rob's city and zip code rules out the "California filter" (for
Schwarzenegger conspiracy theorists among us) idea.  Occam's razor (and
their own admission) suggests it's simply a bug in their web site's code.

Perhaps there's something in the cache that prevents it from working Dan.
But the fact that you've used different computers would seem to preclude
that.
