Robert, I even tried submitting the order on a (gasp!) iPad which had never been to a Lenovo page. So I think we can rule out a cache issue. The site rejecting Rob's city and zip code rules out the "California filter" (for Schwarzenegger conspiracy theorists among us) idea. Occam's razor (and their own admission) suggests it's simply a bug in their web site's code.
