I know it's none of my business, but why are you so keen on getting a 240X? I'm a big fan of ultraportable Thinkpads, having had a 701, a 560, a 570, an X22, an X31 and now an X60s and an X100e. I also had very briefly a 240X (configured it for a friend) and frankly, the build quality was nothing to boast home about. Have you considered an X31 (almost as light as the 240X) or an X40 (lighter), which have way better specs (eg. maximum supported amount of RAM) and are much better built too? I'd say even the X100e is a better deal (the price difference of a 10+ years old machine vs. a brand new one under warranty is worth it).
