My T61's backlight started to go (the infamous pink cast on startup, which I 
immediately identified thanks to others on this list), so I called EasyServ. 
They sent a box, which UPS managed to misdeliver to a local IBM office; they 
called me and said they'd forward it, but it never showed up.

So I called EasyServ again, and had a box the next day. I was heading out of 
town to a conference for three days, so I took my backup machine. UPS picked up 
the T61 mid-day Monday.

Wednesday morning my wife called to ask me why the machine had been returned; I 
checked the web (not trusting UPS at this point -- I was afraid they'd returned 
it to me instead of delivering to EasyServ!) and they had repaired it. Not only 
did they fix the backlight, but a screen artifact due to me coughing hot tea on 
it 18 months ago when I had the flu is gone -- they replaced the screen.

Definitely hard to complain about service like that!
