I thought one had to initialize the system after setting the Date/Time and THEN restart the machine. So you're saying that even if the machine remains plugged in to AC and you cycle it, with or without a CMOS battery installed, it keeps throwing the 161/163 error on BOOT? > The other (from the parts machine) has no beeps on powerup, > power light comes on, screen black/blank.
