Is it possible to add USB 3.0 capabilities to either of the subject notebooks? I'm thinking there might be PCMCIA solutions for the T41p but are they reliable and is there another bottleneck that makes it pointless? What about the X300, is there anything I can do there?
Just ordered a 2TB external HD that supports USB3 and wondering if I'll be able to take advantage of the faster speeds on my current machines (it's a Seagate and backwards compatible with 2.0). Cost was $75+tax BTW.
