My son encountered a strange problem when trying to copy some small files to a CD-R using the CD-RW drive on his T43. The copy operation went all right but when he selected the RW drive and viewed its properties, it showed unused space is 0 and used space is also 0. The file system for the CD-R was shown as RAW. None of the files copies were visible.
However, if I put the CD-R in my T400 I can see the copied files on the CD-R in Windows Explorer. Moreover the file system of the CD-R is shown as CDFS not RAW. Why does the CD-R show up different things in the two computers?
