How bad does a keyboard have to be before EZserve will replace it?
I've got a 3 yr old T61 with a warranty that will expire soon. There are are one or two keys, namely the D key, that are a bit stiff. if I'm touchtyping it doesn't register. If I press the key directly from above with slightly more force it responds most of the time.
