So, three weeks shy of being out of warranty, the left-hand edge of my
wife's T500 screen is separating at the hinge. If I squeeze it together as I
close the lid, it winds up OK, albeit with a slight gap.

 

Think this is warranty-able? It doesn't travel, hasn't been abused, so I
don't think it's reasonable that it would just break. How would I describe
it to EZ-Serve to optimize chances that they'll accept it as a warranty
claim?
