I'm not sure that we're all on the same page here... ? Presuming the latest BIOS (1.29), one can choose the option to continue booting automatically after the warning message is displayed, without pressing the "Esc" key. ? There is also an unofficial modded BIOS that removes the warning altogether. ? Or, you can mod your T43/p to accept SATA drives...and inject a few more years into it... ? Cheers, ? George
