I followed the instruction in the hardware reference manual and took the
last bit of fluff out of the fan.
Reassembled and it seems to have fixed the problem!?
Odd as the fluff wasn't that big.
I can only think that poking it with a brush has realigned how it sits.
No more fan whine now :)
