For what its worth, I opened a case with Lenovo on 8th Nov, laptop is at the Depot, into 3rd week now. From what I hear from them, they are going to change the system board and the part is not available in Canada or US, or the business partners, they need to get it from China / Singapore.
And they have no ETA on when it will be 1) fixed 2) delivered. So much so for a 4 month brand new laptop. Happy Thanksgiving.
