Under the current centralized git repo, I had to send my public SSH key to David in order to be given push access to the pri/tlipcon/* namespace. Assumedly the "checkbox clicking" or ICLA submission can happen at the time of SSH key submission.

"I hereby assert that I have read and agree to the terms of the Apache Software License and willingly release any code pushed to this git repository under the terms of that license".
