Maury says that his account is one of the old WebDav accounts. In this 
case, he would be best to use the WebDav option in the Hotmail 
extension,at least until Hotmail finally turn WebDav off. POP and SMTP 
settings will still be needed for Thunderbird and the extension to 
communicate with each other. If Maury is using Windows, these can be 
left at default settings.
