This whole problem only started today for me (Nov 5) i havent had negative vibes for over a year.... I figured they must have changed the hotmail setup - which they seem to have done
after logging into hotmail via the browser and setting it so it logs directly into the inbox (to no avail - still got negative vibes) I am now trying 19b44., it downloads emails now :), but when i try to send it just continuously asks for my password. The error console reports the message: DebugLog.js : Exception in Constructor NS_ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND.
