hallo i have a hotmail.de live-account, and tb with add-ons webmail 1.3.2 and hotmail 1.2.18 worked fine until some days ago. then i also got the negative vibes
from there on i tried all the latest versions: 1.3.3b3 with 1.2.19b42 - b47 (b47 produces xml error undefined entities) my current setup: win XP pro SP2 / tb2.0.0.17 / 1.3.3b3 / 1.2.19b45 / standard email account (a webmail account does not work) the results are always the same: i can receive (pop 110 TLS if possible) my mails but i can' t send when i send a mail, i get asked for the password followed by an endless loop of password-messageboxes, so i have to terminate sending manually i tried all possible combinations of settings yet, but nothing worked (under webdav i get negative vibes again, so i use live-mode; alternative ports also with no better results) ....................................................................................... i wonder if it could be helpfull for the developer, but i recognized, that hotmail prompts a site where you get forced to update your browser (up to ie 8b, ff 3.0 or apple safari) i use seamonkey and there is no option to skip this page permanently (you have to use a link each time to get to the inbox) i tried with ff 3.0 and i get directly to my inbox, but with tb- webmail still no sending possible modestly awaiting the next add-on update ;-) regards --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Thunderbird Webmail Extension" group.
