i browsed the hotmail log of the extension and found this 01:03:00--HttpComms3.js - useragent Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X; en-US; rv:1.8.1.3) Gecko/20071025 Firefox/2.0.0.9 two things to think about perhaps the charset en-US: for hotmail.de it could be de-de (keyboards are different y&z are changed) and my password contains an y (but why receiving is ok and sending not, so i don' think it's the charset) the browser entry: (perhaps older registry hives has been read out) current version (which is accepted by hotmail.de): Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; de; rv:1.9.0.3) Gecko/2008092417 Firefox/ 3.0.3 the hotmail-site which checks the browser reminds the user: older browser systems may not perform with all new features of live windows may this a way to solve that problem bye --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Thunderbird Webmail Extension" group.
