I've just tried your suggestion and it didn't work for me. Still
getting the same error message.

It was working well using the "Hotmail Live (New website)" mode, until
about a week or two ago. My guess is that something changed at the
site that invalidated the extension's login logic.

I'm using: TB 2.0.0.17 | Webmail 1.3.3b3 | Hotmail 1.2.19b49
