First of all, sorry for the "double" answer : it didn't appear after
an hour so I tried again.

Now on the main problem : I've been completely stupid. I forgot that
the mails I wanted to download were alread marked as "read", so I just
had to mark them "not read" on hotmail site and it worked fine.
