I finally got the webmail installed. I found a link about new
information to put Hotmail/MSN onto TB. The problem is it says to go
to a menu item named Extras. I can't find it. It's not across the menu
bar; it's not under existing menus; there is no Extras toolbar. I have
TB 2.0.0.16. I went to just Tools, Add Ons, since it said to go to add
ons from the Extras menu item and I don't have an Extras option on my
menu list. From there you are supposed to go to Webmail, Preferences,
Domains. Well, Tools, Add Ons only goes to the place where you install
the add on in the first place. I keep restarting TB to no avail. My
firewall is not blocking it. I use Comodo. Windows firewall tried to
block it. I didn't let it, I turned Windows firewall off since I have
Comodo. It asks for the password and says password send unsuccessful.
I have gone to the account settings but there is no option there to
set a domain or see a list of Hotmail domains. I have Windows Live
already. What now? I tell you, open source people complain about
Microsoft, but these products are very limited use and much more
difficult to use. If Outlook Express hadn't ended up just not working
for no apparent reason, I would never try this. It is a hemorrhoid.
