Addition to previous post...

I realized that webmail plugin had SMTP socket=4096, but
it conflicted with the main account setup SMTP socket.
Both webmail and main account have SMTP socket=4096

When I attempt to send a message, I get prompted for the password,
infinite number of times.

Still experimenting...
