I had exactly the same problem between ESET and TB a few months ago...
I don't think it was a webmail extension issue.
I tried changing the level of integration between ESET and TB, but it
made no difference.
In the end, I uninstalled ESET and started with a clean install and
everything has worked fine since.
I think something must have gone astray during one of ESET's updates??
