Unfortunately some of the mirror servers give errors in downloading
the files. The result is that the downloaded file (which appears to
be the real add-on file) simply contains the error message about
failing to download. If so it will be a very small file of a few Kb.
The real add-on files are typically 100-200 Kb in size. If you get a
really small file then just download again and hopefully you will get
a working well mirror server.
