The instructions following assume that you have already setup Webmail.
1. From the main menu select File->Tools->Account Settings.
2. In the Account Settings select “Account Actions”
3. Select "Add Other Account"
4. On new Account Page select "Webmail" and click "Next"
5. On the Identity page set your name and email address.
Note: Email address is your full email address including the domain.
Examples: [email protected] or [email protected]
6. Click "Next'
7. Users Name Page , Enter your complete Email Address again.
8. Click "Next" and Then Click "Finish"
This completes the incoming mail box. Now Exit TB and Restart it.
Your new should appear in the mail box list.
Now go back to Account Settings and scroll to your new account and
check settings. If you changed
the port number during the WebMail setup stage you must change the
port number for this account.
Now you need to setup your outgoing mail box.
1 Go to "Account Settings"
2. Scoll to the bottom of account list and click on "Outgoing
SMTP". This will pull up the the "Outgoing SMTP Settings" page.
3. Click on "Add"
4. Enter description of you choice for this new SMTP.
5. Enter "localhost" (all lowercase letters) for the Server Name.
6. Enter "25"port. If you changed the port number during the
WebMail
setup stage you must change the port number for this account
to the new number.
7. Leave connection security as "none".
8. Leave Authentication as "Password, tranmitted insucurely"
9. Enter your full email address for user name.
10. Click "OK" and your Done.
