I don't know what happend, but after Hotmail rolled out their new privacy agreement, terms, or whatever, Webmail stopped working. The page is gone, but the problem persists. Also, from looking at this forum, almost no one else seems to be having this problem.
I've enabled logging, but you're going to have to tell me what logfile(s) you want from me. I have 20 different ones, and i doubt you need all of them.
