POP on 1100, SMTP on 1102.
I tried adding a new string in the config editor called
mail.server.server4.timeout and tried setting it's value to everything
from 120 to 2000 and it's still timing out ("Connection to server
localhost timed out."). The setting is taking affect, as it takes much
