I would suggest deleting or renaming the current logfile when
Thunderbird is closed. Start up Thunderbird and attempt to access
Hotmail once, close Thunderbird. You should now have a new logfile, as
it only contains information relating to one attempt to access hotmail,
it should be reasonably small. Load this file up in a text editor and do
a search and replace on sensitive information such as passwords. Save
the edited file and send it as an attachment direct to the webmail
author at [email protected].
