Hello All, Is anyone else having a problem with "connecting to server...connecting" never stopping with hotmail? Basically I try to download the mail and the local host is on of course but this is what happens instead. The green bar at the bottom continuously is active but nothing is downloaded. After a while this stops but I can see a lot of activity on the network so it is still connecting and doing something but it does not give a normal downloading 1 message of ...... status. I am also not seeing the number of mails increasing like it normally does. Is anyone else seeing this? I am not getting negative vibes or anything errors. Also clicking "stop" makes it look as though it is stopped. But upon checking the network traffic from thunderbird it is still going at full speed. Thunderbird version 2.0.0.24 (20100228).
The yahoo extension works fine though. And the only way I can get it to stop the network activity is to shut down thunderbird.
