I see the same. That's a problem with mozdev's web server, you shouldn't be seeing php code, especially in an xpi file.

When I download http://downloads.mozdev.org/webmail/web-mail-1-3-10.xpi
, I get the following file:

--- begin ---
<?php
/**
  * Displays project downloads
  *
  * @package Mozdev
  * @version $Id$
  */

$GLOBALS['project'] = 'www';
$GLOBALS['page'] = 'index.html';

require_once 'include/globals.h';
require 'include/mirrors.php';
--- end ---

I downloaded this using Firefox 3.6.10. This file seems wrong,
regardless of the version of Thunderbird one is using.

I've gotten it multiple times.

Using 2.0.0.24.

   Updated OK in TB3. Perhaps that's it, webmail 1-310 may only work in TB3.

I got a prompt today (with TB2) that webmail 1-3-10 was ready but when I
tried to update I got a "Not a valid install page -207" error. Then I
downloaded the file from the main page and tried to install it, same
problem.  Anyone else seeing this?
