It probably that you need to enter your full email address as username
on the server setting page of the yahoo account that you have setup.
(ie. [email protected])  The webmail extension looks at this to
decide which add-on to use.

One other note as of today I am receiving  "The error, LaunchFFC-1,
occurred when trying to connect to Yahoo! Mail". This a server error
at Yahoo and they are working on it to get it fixed. It currently
affecting two of my three accounts. At least they are my new accounts
and are not in much use yet other than my testing phase here.
