I have 2 different yahoo mail accounts. One I started back in 1997,
the other started in around 2003 or so. For the one I started in 1997
I am now able to use pop3 and it works fine. For the one that was
started in 2003 I am not allowed to use pop3. So I do not know what
yahoo is doing, but it seems that not all USA users are allowed to use
pop3. Also both of my email accounts are regular free accounts.
