Have you tried just setting the language, site and time zone to one that you can pop. Here in the Southeast USA, I can use the Canadian site with the Central time zone even though I am in Alabama, USA.
This is fine when I not behind a corporate firewall where I need the webmail addons to get my mail. Eugene
