The security setting should be "None" when using the extensions.
Thunderbird is communicating with "Localhost", a server running on your
own computer, as such security settings are unnecessary and meaningless.
The extension handles communication with the remote server, including
all necessary security protocols.

Are there new setup instruction for TB5 and yahoo? I installed
webmail 1.4.1, restarted TB, installed the webmail-yahoo 1.5.2,
restarted TB, set the pop server to localhost, port 110 and the smtp
to localhost, port 25. Is there anything else I should do? I don't get
any errors or "negative vibes". I also use "normal password for Auth
method, and SSL/TLS for secutity.
