I meant to ask if you were trying to use the webmail extensions or just the imap mode. The setup for using webmail is different then imap version. It is a modified version of the pop3 version that TB sets up using the automatic account setup too.
Also if using a Mac or linux systems the port numbers need to be above 1024 as these systems blocks port below 1025.
