To expand on the commit message, the behavior as of RC2 was incorrect.
Using an array for a url in requestAction() skips parameter parsing and
routing. It requires you manually passing in the '''data''' array.
Skipping the routing and param parsing increases performance. If you need
reparsing of POST data use a string url.
