Has anyone leveraged cake out of the box with Oracle? I cannot for the
life of me get it to connect to Oracle!
Personally, I have tried numerous tests (based on the tickets) and have
not been able to get it to work.
There also seems to be enough chatter online that I feel like it is a
common issue with a common or unresolved solution.
In addition, the two books I am using as references:
Beginning CakePHP From Novice to Professional, by Golding.
Beginning PHP and Oracle From Novice to Professional, by Gilmore.
Sincerely,
Chris Elrod
